What actually happens each month
After the first appointment you are not re-booking a consultation every time. Each month is a review and a collection, so it fits around work and family.
Before you start
Use the checker below. If your BMI and health history show you are eligible, we will invite you in for a full assessment.
Month one
Assessment, agreed goals and your starting plan. We check in after a fortnight to see how you are getting on.
Months two and three
Monthly review with weight and blood pressure checks. The plan is adjusted where needed and repeat supply is approved.
Month four onwards
Reviews continue monthly for as long as the programme is working for you. If it is not, we will say so and talk through the alternatives.

Eligibility is based on your BMI, your medical history and any medicines you already take. As a general guide the programme is considered from a BMI of 30, or from 27 where there is a weight-related health condition. Your pharmacist makes the final decision at your assessment.
No. Some people are supported with diet, activity and habit change alone. Licensed weight-loss medication is only offered where it is clinically appropriate and safe for you, and it is always alongside lifestyle support rather than instead of it.
Wegovy starts from £150 and Mounjaro from £185. Your exact price depends on the treatment and dose prescribed after assessment. The initial eligibility check is free.
No. It runs month to month and you can pause or stop at any point. We would always encourage a conversation first so we can plan the next steps safely.
No. After your first assessment each month is handled as a review and collection, so you are not starting from scratch each time.
